We are a charitable non-profit group of family doctors, nurses, health promotors, social workers, and administrative staff that run our community medical clinic. We offer a safe, non-judgmental, and open environment for clients in need of sexual, reproductive, and gender-affirming health services. Our client population is very diverse, we provide services to all ages for individuals without family doctors, vulnerable populations, youth, and the 2SLGBTQ+ community. We are not funded by the NS Health Authority. Instead, we rely on community and government grants and MSI billings to support our clinic. Providing health care in NS is costly and we are experiencing demand that far surpasses our capacity to deliver services. Please explore our donation options below:
One-Time Donations

Here at HSHC, we believe that equitable access to sexual and reproductive healthcare and education can change lives for the better. By leaving HSHC in your will, you will ensure that community members have access to these essential services. Or, we can work together to support an initiative close to your heart. HSHC is excited to announce a partnership with Kits for a Cause– an organization that connects charities across North America with groups and individuals who are looking to give back. Kits for a Cause can act as both a donation portal, and charitable event hub.
